			<description><![CDATA[ I have made some Great Set up Charts and Modified Rules I've made for the 3.1 version of World At War.  I've added destroyers, V2 Rockets, Jeeps, and my Artillery Rules are Different, heavy fighters, modified Jet Rules, and Neutral Navies.  I've used unique pieces that I got from table tactics Central Powers and Axis and Allies Accessories for some of the new units.  If someone can tell me how to post the PDFs of them here I will. All Soviet players will not place their troops in the frontline of Germany but place an infantry only. <br><br>I think the purpose of such surprise attack is to simulate the great victory of Germany in the early stage of the Barbarosa. Probablly 1st addition. Now I've forgotten the specifics, but on Germany's first attack, if they destroy 6 russian inf, Germany may recieve 1 inf and place it in Poland or Romania.
